This policy sets out how you may and may not use this website and the forms on it. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If you break it we may restrict your access and, where appropriate, report the activity.
Acceptable use
You may use the website to learn about our services, view our work, and contact us or request a quote for a genuine enquiry.
You must not
- Use the website or forms for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
- Submit content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Upload or link to malware, or attempt to introduce harmful code.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the site, or bypass its access controls, without our written permission.
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the site, submit forms, or collect data from it.
- Send spam, chain messages, or bulk or repeated unsolicited submissions through our forms.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with any person or organisation.
- Place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or interfere with anyone else’s use of the site.
Content you submit
You are responsible for what you send us through the forms and must have the right to share it. Do not send sensitive personal data, payment card details, passwords or confidential information belonging to others. We may reject, remove or delete submissions that breach this policy.
Security research
If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it responsibly to mskeysgate@gmail.com rather than testing it further. We appreciate good-faith reports and will work with you on a fix.
Enforcement
We may block IP addresses, rate-limit or refuse submissions, and take other proportionate steps to protect the site and its users. Serious or illegal misuse may be reported to hosting providers or the authorities.

We may update this policy. The version on this page at the date shown is the one that applies.
