The steps

1. 01

   Discovery and scope

   We work out exactly what is being built, and price it.

   We start with a conversation about your goals, your audience, the content you have, and the constraints you are working within. From that we write a scope: the pages or features, what is in and what is out, and a fixed price with a payment schedule. Nothing is built until you have approved it.

2. 02

   Design

   Structure first, then the visual language, then your sign-off.

   We map the site or app, wireframe every unique screen, then design it to high fidelity for desktop and mobile. You review a clickable prototype of the main journeys and approve it before any production code is written, so changes happen while they are still cheap.

3. 03

   Build

   Accessible, fast, tested code, in the open.

   We build to the approved design with current tooling: semantic HTML, keyboard and screen-reader support, and a performance budget tracked as we go. Content and CMS integration, third-party connections and automated tests are part of the build, not a later phase. You can see progress on a staging URL throughout.

   • The working site or application on a staging URL

4. 04

   Review and launch

   Quality checks, your content, then go live.

   We test across browsers and real devices, run accessibility checks, and fix what they turn up. You load or approve the final content. When you are ready we deploy to production, point the domain, and confirm everything — forms, analytics readiness, redirects — is working on the live site.

   • The site live on your domain and hosting
5. 05

   Handover and support

   Documentation, a walkthrough, and help afterwards.

   You get written documentation and a walkthrough of how to edit and run the site, plus access to everything — code, hosting, accounts. From there you can take it in-house, keep us on a care plan for updates and monitoring, or come back for changes as one-off pieces of work.
