Flexible and secure payments
Projects are paid in stages against an invoice. You choose the payment method, payment happens on the provider’s own secure page, and this website never sees or stores your payment details.

Ways to pay
Every invoice includes a link or the details for the method you choose. You never enter card or bank details on this website.
- Credit and debit card
- Paid through a secure hosted payment page linked from your invoice. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page, never on this site.
- PayPal
- A PayPal invoice or checkout link sent to your billing email.
- Interac e-Transfer
- For clients in Canada, sent to the address on your invoice.
- Bank transfer
- Bank details are on every invoice. Best for larger projects and clients outside card or PayPal coverage.
How projects are invoiced
Deposit
A percentage of the project total, invoiced once the scope is agreed. Work is scheduled when it clears. The exact percentage is set in your quote.
Milestones
For larger projects, one or more payments tied to agreed stages — for example design sign-off, or a working build on staging.
Final payment
The balance is invoiced when the work is complete and approved. The site goes live and all accounts and code are transferred to you once it is settled.
Invoices are issued in the currency quoted. Where a project was priced in more than one currency, you choose which to be billed in at the quote stage.
Care plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel with notice as set out in your agreement.
Security and independence
This website never collects or stores card numbers, bank details or other payment credentials. Those are handled entirely by the payment provider on their own pages.
