Service Delivery Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
MS Keys Gate provides digital design and development services. There are no physical goods. This policy explains how work is delivered and what affects the schedule.
What we deliver
Depending on your project, deliverables include design files, a working website or application, custom code, documentation, and access to the hosting and third-party accounts used. Everything agreed is listed in your project scope.
Timeframes
Timelines depend on the scope of the project and on how quickly content, feedback and approvals are provided. Your project agreement gives a schedule with the key dates and dependencies, and we keep you updated if anything shifts.
How delivery happens
- You can review progress on a staging URL throughout the build.
- When the work is approved and the final invoice is settled, we deploy to production and point your domain.
- We then hand over documentation, a walkthrough, and access to the code, hosting and accounts.
What we need from you
- Final content, or approval of placeholder content, by the dates in the schedule.
- Timely feedback and sign-off at each review point.
- Access to any existing systems, domains or accounts the project depends on.
- A single point of contact who can give approvals.
Delays
If content, feedback or access is late, the schedule moves accordingly. If a delay on your side is significant we may need to reschedule the remaining work around other commitments, and we will tell you as soon as we can.
Acceptance
Deliverables are considered accepted when you approve them, or when the agreed review window passes without comments. Issues raised after acceptance are handled as support or as a new piece of work. If a delivered service materially fails to match what was agreed, tell us so we can put it right — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancelling a project
If you need to cancel a project before it is complete, the Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how that works and how any refund is calculated.
After delivery
You can run the site yourself, put it on a care plan, or come back for changes as one-off work. There is no requirement to stay with us for hosting or support.
